Lace Skirt

I saw this skirt on Pinterest.  And loved it!  The link for the tutorial is here.  I made a few changes in the tutorial, to make it easier. 

1) Sew the skirt (side seams).  Don't sew the back of the skirt!  So you will have a long continuous piece. 

2) Sew the lace to the skirt, starting at the bottom of the skirt.  I used a zig-zag stitch because my lace was a crocheted type. 

3) Once the bottom layer of lace is sewn on, line up the next row of lace based on your bottom piece.  Continue up the rest of the skirt.

4) After all the lace is sown on, then sew your back seam and put the zipper in.

And there you have it!  A lace skirt!!!!
